Technical Page
I use Canon professional capture dslr equipment and Hasselblad medium format with phase one digital backs. My typical commercial drivetrain consists of a capture device tethered to a digital capture/workstation. On sophisticated sets I then network this workstation to an on-set image organizer/retouched Eizo workstation which is then in turn networked to a graphic layout workstation.
My assistants and I use the latest industry capture, image correction/manipulation, and graphics software in addition to the latest technical hardware.
For smaller projects, we will often capture to cards, or set up a small capture station with a laptop.
I modify my digital drivetrain for each project, and each client’s needs. Please call me to discuss any on-set objectives, and I can assure a satisfactory and smooth solution!
Elinchrom electronic flash and light modifiers have always been my favorite gear. This Swiss-made precision is, in my opinion, unmatched in color temperature and consistency. I do on occasion rent Profoto gear when traveling abroad however.
