Recently (last of Nov 2008) I took half a day off after shooting a commercial catalog job in Dallas, Texas to stroll around the Dallas State Fair. Click HERE to see a collection of snaps from the fair and the natural history museum (called the Museum of Nature and Science). I love museums and galleries and generally head straight for them when I can. Dallas has several notable galleries- the Dallas Museum of Art (hosting a spellbinding exhibit of some of the King Tut artifacts- sorry no pics allowed), the Kimball (noted for it’s platinum architectural credentials among architects) and the Modern in Fort Worth.
